A rematch between current WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr. and ex-champion, Anthony Joshua, has finally been locked down.

According to multiple reports, the much-anticipated rematch between the two heavy-handed men is set to go down on December 7, 2019 in Saudi Arabia.

Andy defeated Joshua this past June, handing him his first-ever professional loss as a boxer and dethroning him from the top of the mountain via seventh round knockout.

Ruiz knocked Joshua down several times before delivering the fight-ending blows.

The win even prompted Conor McGregor to give the first-ever Mexican champion his props for the outstanding performance and for reaching his championship dreams.

Indeed, Joshua had a few shining moments knocking down Ruiz early before losing his momentum moving forward.

As a result of his big win, Ruiz, who has a record of 33-1, will now go in as the champion, which means he likely locked down a highly-lucrative payday in order to be lured in to giving Joshua an instant chance to win back his titles.
