Conor McGregor has proven to be a man who isn’t afraid to fight in various weight class.
In fact, “Notorious” became Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) first-ever dual division champion, holding the Lightweight and Featherweight titles at the same time.
If that weren’t enough, Conor went all the way up to Welterweight to fight Nate Diaz on two different occasions.
But it’s fighter in the lightweight weight classes that proves to be the bigger challenge for Conor.
And it’s not for the fighting aspect, but rather the cutting of the weight, especially when he has to deplete his body all the way down to 145 pounds. that’s a tough task to ask of a man who can easily walk around 175.
In the video player embedded above, Conor fielded some fan questions for his Proper twelve Instagram page.
One of the most interesting question was asked about his fight week diet, when trying to shake off the final few pounds.
And it doesn’t sound like easy work, or fun.
Conor won’t have to worry about cutting much weight in his return, as he will fight Donald Cerrone at Welterweight in the main event of UFC 246 on Jan. 18, 2020.
