Conor McGregor has once again channeled his inner-Mystic Mac, calling his shot for his upcoming rematch against Dustin Poirier.
Indeed, “Notorious” recently said that while he respects Poirier’s skills as a fighter, he plans on getting rid of him rather easily once fight night rolls around.
“I like Dustin, I think he’s a good fighter,” McGregor said in the upcoming “Countdown to UFC 257” video special, which airs next Sunday on YouTube. “He’s even a great fighter. But great is still levels below me. I’ll knock Dustin out inside 60 seconds.”
The two are set to tango again the main event of UFC 257, which is set to go down this Saturday night (Jan. 23, 2021) on “Fight Island” in Abu Dhabi.
Conor knocked out Poirier in their first fight six years ago in the very first round, but this time around he plans on making even quicker work of “The Diamond.”
