Conor McGregor may have just gotten a lot richer
Reports last week surfaces saying that Conor McGregor was no longer an owner of his Proper No. 12 Whiskey company, which he helped launched a few years ago after Becle, the other partner, opted to increase its ownership to cover the remaining 51 percent.
As a result, it would make the company sole owner of Proper 12.
Now, Daily Mail reports that it means McGregor has been bought out of his ownership, which also means “Notorious” will rake in a whopping £112m — which equals close to $130 million.
There is no telling of McGregor will still represent Proper 12 as its ambassador and face of the whiskey.
Nevertheless, his brain child has now made him an even wealthier man, which should land him near the top of the Forbes List in 2021 of wealthiest athletes.
