A few months back, Dana White revealed that he and Floyd Mayweather had come to a deal that would see the two be in business together.

And when the president of the biggest MMA company in the world and the best boxer alive come together, big things are bound to happen.

During a recent interview, White didn’t rule out Mayweather competing under their new partnership.

“Some things have to play out and then I’m going to start talking to (Al) Haymon maybe this summer and then I’ll have something for Floyd in the fall,” White told ESPN (via MMA Junkie).

“The money is in Floyd competing.”

Of course, Mayweather retired after defeating Conor Mcgregor to earn his 50th pro win, in what was the biggest MMA-boxing crossover event ever.

As far as Floyd competing in MMA, that is highly-unlikely, though he did tease it in the past.

The more likely scenario would see Mayweather dust off his old boxing gloves to compete under ZUFFA boxing, White’s boxing brain child which is expected to be up and running later this year.

And who knows, perhaps Conor and Floyd can run it back. for another big payday.
