Just a few days removed from his record-setting knockout win over Ben Askren at UFC 239, Jorge Masvidal is once again calling out Conor McGregor.

Indeed, owning the record for fastest knockout at 5 seconds isn’t enough for “Gamebred,” who now wants to get paid. And to get the biggest paycheck of his combat career, the best way to do it is via a fight against “Notorious,” the biggest money-maker in MMA.

“I want McGregor,” Masvidal told Dan LeBatard. “I want to break his face. I think that’s an easy paycheck. He’s got these cash symbols written all over his face for me. I just don’t see it going his way if I’m honest with you.”

Of course, Masvidal couldn’t miss out on the opportunity to take a shot at Conor for his loss at UFC 229 last October.

“He backs down. He taps. I’ve never tapped in my whole entire career,” Masvidal continued in reference to McGregor tapping to Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“He’s tapped a couple times so that’s backing down in my book. It’s something I’ve never done and I feel like I’d break him. It would be an easy fight.”

Most think it’s an easy payday up until they actually get into the cage with “Notorious,” as he was the first-ever fighter to become UFC champ-champ by winning the Featherweight and Lightweight titles.

And it didn’t happen by accident.

As far as weight classes go, Conor won’t have an issue fighting Masvidal at 170 pounds, as he went 1-1 against Nate Diaz at Welterweight.
