The rivalry between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz has always been fun.

But over the last year or so, it has died down a bit.

But Diaz is doing his part to bring it back up again. The Stockton slugger recently took to social media to poke fun at “Notorious” for what we can only assume is inactivity.

The “season” remark refers to Conor’s statement that he’d be very busy in 2020, fighting at least three times.

That said, the dig doesn’t really hold much weight, as McGregor just fought two months ago.

Furthermore, he is in talks to return in the summer, and would likely end his “season ‘in December, meaning that he will in fact fight three times.

So whatever Nate was trying to do here likely failed, as he isn’t exactly the most active fighter himself, competing just three times since 2016.

But if all things go well, we could be in lien to see a trilogy fight between Nate and Conor in 2020.
