Fires are still raging all over Australia, which has now claimed the lives of 25 people and over 1 billion animals.
It’s a sad moment for our friends “Down Under,” and everyone — including celebrities all around the world — are trying to do their part to donate and to get more people involved in helping out.
Now UFC and its parent company, Endeavor, are doing their part by donating $250,000 to the ongoing relief efforts.
The UFC family sends its love and support to all those affected by the devastating bushfire crisis in Australia.

“To support recovery efforts, UFC is joining Endeavor and its partner companies in making a $250,000 donation to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund,” said UFC president Dana White.
“The people of Australia are facing a long battle to overcome these fires and rebuild their lives, and they need our help.”
If you recall, current welterweight contender and “BMF” Champion, Jorge Masvidal revealed he would be doing his part by donating all the proceeds for his upcoming appearances in Australia to the relief funds.
Furthermore, if he is allowed to, he will physically do his part to tame the wildfires.
UFC has staged numerous events in Australia, more recently booking UFC 243 last year, which saw Israel Adesanya defeat Robert Whittaker to claim the undisputed Middleweight title.
