Urijah Faber has his hands on a lot of things.
When he’s not punching people in the face inside the Octagon, he is busy making movies.
“The California Kid” recently produced his first major motion picture, “Green Rush,” which is being distributed by Lionsgate Films.
But Faber is already working on his next project, and he has Conor McGregor in mind for the led role.
“I’ve got an awesome film called ‘The Manly Art of the KO’ and Conor McGregor would be perfect for it,” Faber told FanSided. “So I’m gonna talk to him and see if he wants to head down that route. I’m sure he gets his harassed all the time, but this movie … the script is pretty incredible and it’s a character that he would fall right into.”
Of course, Conor is a very busy man himself, as he has a full schedule for 2020 as far UFC is concerned.
Plus, he also has to work on his side venture,s which includes his Proper 12 Whiskey and his August McGregor clothing line.
That said, Faber and McGregor have a pretty good relationship, so if the money is right, perhaps we could see Conor on the big screen in the future.
And by the looks of the trailer of “Green Rush,” Faber and Co. know what they are doing:
